Bar Dia Capacity

10 mm to 35mm in all shape such as Round, Hex, Square etc..   In case if the customer has the requirement of product that is above 35 mm bar then we get it done by Job work but the machine part is still done in house.

Metals

Our first preference would be to manufacture and supply items made of Brass and  Zinc metals.

Packing

After final inspection of the materials by the Quality department,  Materials are packed in Plastic Polythene bag.  These bags would then be packed in the Corrugated Box after which these corrugated boxes are packed in Pallet.  This box does not contains the material more than 30Kgs.  In case of any special packing required as per customer’s choice, Radhika Brass industry will do it by charging extra cost.

Finish

We are making products mainly in natural finish of Brass. But in special cases as per customer requirement we are giving finish as per customer requirement.

Stocking of Materials

However, due to heavy fluctuation in LME rate, it is not possible for us to supply the agreed quantity at the same rate for the whole year.  Therefore, Radhika Brass Industry requests for Quarterly consumption plan and accordingly, we procure Brass Extruded for three months requirement.  Though the materials are dispatched as per the schedules provided but we keep the materials in stock with us so that we are able to dispatch the materials with the time limit.
